ActionMails are all located under the ActionBox folder in Outlook which contains any action, either assigned by or assigned to, the user.
Each ActionMail contains all updates, files, status of each subsequent action and full history and audit trail. From an ActionMail, users can drill down and see the entire human workflow evolving.

ActionBase integration in Word
ActionDocs are action driven word documents where document authors define the process, assign actions, initiate execution and follow up progress all from within the document. When publishing an ActionDoc, the process along with its actions are automatically extracted from the ActionDoc and automatically assigned and distributed to the relevant assignees.
